Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Eycube Limited ("Eycube," "we," "us") collects when you use this site, how it is used, and who it may be shared with. Eycube does not offer customer accounts, so we hold far less information about you than a typical site with logins would.

• Contact form submissions: the name, email, and any other details you choose to include when submitting an enquiry.
• Shop orders: your email address and the items you purchase, needed to process payment, grant access to what you bought, and let you recover your order later if you lose access to it.
• Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor, Paystack — Eycube's servers never receive or store your card details.

We do not ask you to create a password or account, so we never store one. This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics — the only client-side storage used is a shopping cart kept in your own browser, which we never receive or read server-side.

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To process Shop orders and payments.
• To grant and verify access to digital products you've purchased.
• To send a one-time order recovery link if you request one, using your email.

We share the minimum information necessary with the following third parties to operate the Shop:

• Paystack — processes payments on our behalf and receives the information needed to complete your transaction.
• DigitalOcean — hosts the private file storage used to deliver downloadable digital products.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

We keep order records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting purposes and to support order recovery. Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@eycube.com. Deleting order records tied to a digital purchase may affect your ability to recover or re-download that product.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
