These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eycube website, including the Eycube Shop, operated by Eycube Limited ("Eycube," "we," "us"). By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or making a purchase through the Shop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eycube does not require you to create an account to browse the site, submit an enquiry, or purchase a digital product. Purchases are completed as a guest, and access to purchased products is tied to your order and the email address you provide at checkout — see our Shop Terms for how order access and recovery work.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its systems, or any digital files it delivers.

Unless otherwise stated, the Eycube name, logo, and all content on this site — text, graphics, and design — are the property of Eycube Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not extend to digital products sold through the Shop, which are separately licensed to buyers — see our Licenses page.

Purchases made through the Eycube Shop are additionally governed by our Shop Terms, Refund Policy, and Licenses, each of which forms part of these Terms.

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eycube Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
